Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who has hands-on experience in lead generation from global freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and professional outreach via LinkedIn. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads from Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.
Actively bid on projects, write customized proposals, and follow up with prospects.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator / manual outreach to connect with decision-makers.
Understand client requirements related to:
Website Design & Development
SaaS Development
Digital Marketing & SEO
Mobile App Development
WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for proposal clarity
Maintain lead pipeline, follow-ups, and closure reports
Achieve monthly revenue targets through consistent conversions
Build long-term relationships with international clients
Required Skills
Strong experience in B2B Lead Generation
Expertise in Upwork, Freelancer, Guru bidding strategies
Excellent written & verbal communication (English)
IT Sales / Digital Services sales understanding
Proposal writing & client requirement analysis
Negotiation & deal-closing skills
CRM handling & reporting

Preferred Qualifications
