Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our growing team in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone, explaining financial products/services, resolving queries, and generating leads while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding banking, financial, or stock broking products.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on qualified leads to support business growth.
Maintain customer records and update call details in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Handle customer objections and close conversations effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
25 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / BPO / Financial Services.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Result-oriented with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Stock Broking.
Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Local candidates from Ghaziabad or nearby locations preferred.
